Ask a specific question to a particular seller:

Your address is communicated to the seller once it has committed to deliver. At no point the seller has access to information about your credit card.


Deadline for receipt:


The total delivery time depends on the speed with which the seller confirms the order (maximum 2 days), its speed ship to you (up to 5 days) and mail the delivery time.

1: Problems on the nature or quality of products:


If the item you receive is different from what you ordered or if the quality level is different from what had been announced, you can get full refund of your purchase. For that you need in the six weeks following the date of purchase make a claim directly to the site. You will receive all the instructions to ship the item to Sports Swap and get a refund.


2: Loss:


If 17 days after placing order, you still have not received your items, you can register a complaint directly to the site. Sport Swap will contact the vendor to try to resolve the problem. 4: How to withdraw / cancel the order?


If you ordered from a private individual:

If your purchase was made from a professional seller:

- The withdrawal must be made within 7 days of receipt - Item must be returned complete in the original packaging with all accessories and documents in an identical packaging to the shipment.

- Sport Barter customer service will tell you the return conditions of the article.


Note: In case of withdrawal, the article seller referral fees will be your responsibility, and you will be reimbursed a posteriori.
